1. Book a consultation

Contact us today to book a consulation so we can get to know the scope, plans, specifications, and any other project needs that you will need us to take into consideration. This is the most crucial step of the process as it allows us to get a good picture of what it is you are looking for and to determine the best way possible that we can help you win the project.

2. Get a quote

Upon receiving your plans, we will promptly generate a quote encompassing the invoice, turnaround time, and delivery date. If you find the quote acceptable, proceed to payment using one of our accepted payment methods. Once the payment is received, our team will initiate work on your project.

We accept Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, and Cashapp. Payment method is flexible and can be discussed after the quote is sent.

3. Get Estimate

Following the review of your plans and specifications, we will provide you with an estimate. Based on the consultation, the estimate will include everything dicussed. Delivered in EXCEL format, you can choose between our template or the client’s template, as requested. Our estimates include a PDF breakdown of takeoffs, as well as an Excel file containing all relevant information regarding the estimate.

4. Adjust Estimate (If Needed)

Included in the price of the initial package is one revision to be used at the client's discretion. This can be new RFIs, Pre-Bid addendums, ASI's, etc.

We also offer continued services throughout the life of the project as an a la carte service. Price is flexible depending on the nature of the services provided.
